Our client is a fast-growing, locally owned franchise of a national restoration company. They help homeowners recover from fires, floods, and other disasters. As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you’ll be a key player in getting families back into their homes and back on their feet.

What You’ll Do as a Residential Construction Project Manager

Manage residential restoration projects from scope to final sign-off
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and insurance adjusters
Oversee budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and client satisfaction
Ensure quality workmanship, code compliance, and proactive problem-solving
Be available when needed - including some nights or weekends when urgency calls
Deliver results that drive revenue and create real impact

You’re a Fit If You Are:

A Residential Construction Project Manager (or similar role) with strong residential rebuild experience
A relationship-builder who leads with trust and integrity
Comfortable owning your pipeline and maximizing earning potential
Familiar with insurance claims processes and Xactimate (or willing to learn)
Someone who doesn’t settle for average - you're coachable, driven, and accountable
Ready to support clients during stressful events with empathy and confidence
