About the Role:
We are looking for a driven Account Executive to join the team in an outside sales role. You’ll be responsible for building new relationships, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory. This role focuses on creating partnerships with residential and commercial insurance carriers and works closely with the operations and quality assurance teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business through cold calling, referrals, and client meetings

  • Grow existing accounts and expand market share in the assigned territory

  • Deliver professional sales presentations and negotiate service agreements

  • Build strong relationships with insurance carriers and property professionals

  • Partner with local offices to ensure service excellence and contract compliance

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Luxor)

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets

  • Support marketing efforts and collaborate with the Business Development team

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of sales experience preferred, especially in restoration or insurance

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Familiarity with property insurance and claims processes is a plus

  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, etc.

  • High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $55,000–$65,000

  • Uncapped commissions, with potential to earn up to $100,000+

  • Quarterly commission payouts and ramp-up pay during training
