Job Description and Responsibilities
We are looking for an Operations Manager to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. Specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be able to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Any preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role working remotely from your home office. Your hours are flexible, however, you must have availability during normal business hours to meet with your client(s) as this role does not work in conjunction with another full-time position.
