Job Summary:
Our Client's firm is seeking to hire a detail-oriented Associate to join their New York litigation practice. This role involves handling claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, professional negligence, and others. Their clients in these matters include property owners, insurance companies, and municipalities.
**This is a remote position, but candidate must live within commutable distance to New York courts**
