Job Description

The Systems Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing and enhancing our Client's software solutions and processes. This position is responsible for analyzing and improving customer processes, managing relationships with certified software partners, and ensuring the effective implementation of software platforms with our shared customers. The Systems Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for various software tools, provide high-level analysis, and support both customers and internal teams with strategic process improvements. Reports to the Operations Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage software relationships by overseeing and nurturing connections with certified software partners to facilitate the transition of their clients to our services.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for each software platform, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Understand and implement the specific objectives of each software partner.
  • Conduct onboarding and implementation sessions to help clients document their processes on the software platform.
  • Discover, document, and optimize client processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist clients in building and implementing these processes on the software platform.
  • Support clients in implementing documented processes within their teams, ensuring adherence and integration.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients from software partners to ensure a positive experience.
  • Enhance client confidence and encourage increased usage of software solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive Onboarding & Implementation reports for clients.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding relationships with partners and clients, driving business growth.

Implement Playbook Champion Services by providing done-with-you process documentation and implementation services for our clients.

  • Conduct quarterly strategy meetings to align on goals and progress.
  • Develop and implement 90-day action plans to drive client success.
  • Hold monthly implementation meetings to ensure continuous improvement and support.
  • Conduct monthly group office hours for each current software platform, providing additional guidance and support.
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and effective communication.
  • Ensure a consistently positive client experience by delivering high-quality service.

Serve as a software knowledge expert.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all software platforms and their features.
  • Understand how each platform can best meet the needs of our diverse client base, ensuring tailored solutions.
  • Act as a resource to the documentation teams, providing high-level analysis and recommendations for software-based solutions and optimization.
  • Ensure connectivity between processes and departments by understanding how changes in one area impact others, promoting holistic efficiency.

Ensure process analysis and optimization.

  • Participate in Efficiency Machine and other client events, providing expert systems analysis and optimization services.
  • Conduct comprehensive software audits for both potential and current clients, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.

Actively engage as a supportive and collaborative member of the team.

  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings.
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing profitability, efficiency, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Serve as a resource for the documentation teams, providing insights and guidance on software platforms and process improvement.
  • Follow established company policies to represent the organization professionally and with integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, information technology, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex processes, conduct software audits, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Problem-Solving: Proficient in developing and implementing solutions to optimize processes, resolve issues, and enhance client experiences.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, partners, and team members. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, delivery, and follow-up. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Process Documentation: Familiarity with process mapping, flowcharts, and documenting client processes on software platforms. Experience with onboarding and implementation of software solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness documentation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with clients, software partners, and internal teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, contribute ideas, and support a collaborative working environment.
  • Reporting Skills: Competence in compiling, preparing, and delivering comprehensive onboarding, implementation, and strategy reports. Ability to present data-driven recommendations effectively. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs, project requirements, and evolving software platforms. Willingness to learn and stay current with industry developments.

Compensation:

  • Fully Remote
  • 30 hours/week with potential to grow to 40 hours/week
